Dermal Dollars: Understanding the Cost of 1ml Fillers

cost of 1ml dermal filler

Cost of 1ml Dermal Filler | Athena Plastic Surgery

Navigating the Landscape of Dermal Filler Pricing

The cost of 1ml dermal filler typically ranges from $500 to $1,500 in the United States, with the average price hovering around $750 per syringe. This price varies based on several key factors:

FactorImpact on Price
Filler BrandJuvederm ($600-$750), Restylane ($550-$700), Radiesse ($700-$900)
Provider ExpertiseBoard-certified specialists may charge premium rates
Geographic LocationNYC/LA ($1,000-$2,000), Midwest/South ($500-$800)
Treatment AreaLips (1-2ml), Cheeks (2-4ml), Under-eyes (0.5-1ml)

When considering dermal fillers, it’s important to understand that 1ml is actually quite small—about 1/5 of a teaspoon. This tiny amount can make a significant difference in your appearance, whether you’re seeking to restore lost volume, improve facial contours, or smooth wrinkles.

I’m Dr. Avron Lipschitz, a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 15 years of experience administering dermal fillers and evaluating the cost of 1ml dermal filler relative to the quality of results achieved. As an international trainer for Prollenium and educator on Revanesse Versa fillers, I’ve helped countless patients steer filler options and pricing.

Why Consumers Care About Price

Understanding the cost of 1ml dermal filler is crucial for patients planning their aesthetic journey. Most of our patients at Athena Plastic Surgery approach their beauty investments with careful consideration, balancing their desire for rejuvenation with practical budget constraints.

“Your satisfaction involves more than a fee,” as we often tell our patients. While price is undoubtedly important, we encourage looking beyond the initial cost to consider the value received—including provider expertise, quality of products used, and expected longevity of results.

Many patients come to our Stuart and West Palm Beach locations after disappointing experiences with budget providers, having learned the hard way that the cheapest option rarely delivers the best value. As one patient recently shared, “I spent more fixing a poorly done filler job than I would have if I’d gone to a qualified provider in the first place.”

What Exactly Is 1ml of Dermal Filler?

When you’re researching aesthetic treatments, understanding exactly what you’re paying for helps make informed decisions. One milliliter (1ml) of dermal filler is the standard measurement sold in pre-filled syringes. This isn’t about weight or concentration—it’s purely about volume, which directly impacts the results you’ll see.

1ml filler compared to teaspoon - cost of 1ml dermal filler

To help visualize this amount, 1ml equals exactly 1 cubic centimeter (cc) or about 1/5 of a teaspoon. That’s surprisingly small—roughly equivalent to 20 drops of water. Yet in the hands of our skilled injectors at Athena Plastic Surgery, this tiny amount can create beautiful improvements in facial contours and volume.

The anatomy of injection matters too. Different facial areas have unique tissue structures, requiring specific placement techniques to achieve natural-looking results. This precision is why the expertise of your provider plays such a crucial role in your outcome, regardless of the cost of 1ml dermal filler.

How 1ml Looks in Real Life

“But that seems so small!” This is something we hear often at our Stuart clinic when patients first learn that 1ml is just 1/5 of a teaspoon. To put this in perspective, imagine a standard kitchen measuring spoon—1ml isn’t even half of the smallest one in your drawer!

Here’s a comparison that often clicks with patients: a single Hershey’s Kiss chocolate is about 3.2ml in volume. That means it would take more than three complete syringes of filler to equal just one chocolate kiss! This visual helps explain why multiple syringes are often needed for comprehensive treatments.

Despite its small size, the impact can be remarkable. This is especially true with hyaluronic acid fillers, which are hydrophilic—meaning they attract and bind water molecules after injection. This special property allows them to create a volumizing effect that extends beyond their actual physical size, giving you more “bang for your buck” in terms of visible results.

Popular Filler Materials

At Athena Plastic Surgery, we offer several types of fillers, each with unique properties that affect both results and the cost of 1ml dermal filler:

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers are our most requested option. Brands like Juvederm and Restylane contain a substance naturally found in your skin, making them incredibly compatible with your body. Their versatility allows them to be placed in virtually any facial area, and they can be dissolved if needed—an important safety feature. HA fillers typically range from $600-$800 per syringe.

Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA), found in Radiesse, is a mineral-like compound that naturally occurs in human bones. It has a thicker consistency than HA fillers and typically lasts longer, making it excellent for deeper lines and volume loss. Expect to pay between $700-$900 per 1ml syringe.

Poly-L-lactic Acid (PLLA) works differently than traditional fillers. Found in Sculptra, this biocompatible synthetic material acts as a collagen stimulator, gradually encouraging your body to produce its own collagen. While the upfront investment is higher ($800-$1,200 per vial), many patients appreciate the progressive, natural-looking improvements that develop over several months.

Each material has its sweet spot in facial rejuvenation, and often the best results come from thoughtfully combining different types. During your consultation at Athena Plastic Surgery, we’ll help you understand which options might give you the most value for your aesthetic goals.

Average Cost of 1ml Dermal Filler in the U.S.

The cost of 1ml dermal filler varies quite a bit across America, and understanding these differences can help you plan your beauty investment wisely. At Athena Plastic Surgery, we believe you deserve complete transparency about what you’re paying for and why prices might differ from what you’ve seen elsewhere.

National Averages for the Cost of 1ml Dermal Filler

If you’ve been researching filler prices, you might have noticed some conflicting information. Here’s the reality: according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), you can expect to pay around $794 for a syringe of hyaluronic acid filler. The price jumps to about $1,039 if you’re looking at non-HA options like Radiesse or Sculptra.

Interestingly, when we look at what real patients report on platforms like RealSelf, the average climbs higher to about $1,530 per syringe. This difference highlights something we often explain to our patients – pricing varies tremendously depending on who you ask and where you look!

Here in Florida, our Stuart and West Palm Beach patients typically see prices between $900-$1,200 per syringe. This reflects our commitment to using only premium products while ensuring our expert application is accessible to those seeking quality care.

For the most current research on national pricing trends, you might find the ASPS cost information page helpful in your research.

Brand-By-Brand Breakdown

Just like you wouldn’t expect to pay the same price for a luxury handbag as you would for a basic one, different filler brands command different prices. This reflects their unique formulations, how long they last, and what they’re best used for:

The Juvederm family typically costs between $600-$750 per syringe, with specialized products like Voluma (perfect for adding cheek volume) running $800-$1,000 and Volbella (designed for subtle lip improvement) at $500-$700.

Restylane products run slightly lower at $550-$700 per syringe, with options like Restylane Lyft for midface volume at $650-$750 and Restylane Silk for lips at $600-$700.

Radiesse, which uses calcium hydroxylapatite instead of hyaluronic acid, typically costs $700-$900 per syringe, while Sculptra (a collagen stimulator rather than a traditional filler) runs $800-$1,200 per vial, though you’ll likely need multiple vials over several sessions.

The more delicate Belotero tends to be more affordable at $500-$600 per syringe.

At Athena Plastic Surgery, we choose products based on what will work best for your unique facial anatomy and goals—not just what’s cheapest. Our patients tell us they appreciate our guidance in finding the most cost-effective solution for their specific concerns.

Geographic Hotspots & Coldspots

Where you live dramatically impacts the cost of 1ml dermal filler. Think of it like real estate—location, location, location!

If you’re in Manhattan or Beverly Hills, expect to pay a premium at $800-$1,500 per syringe. Mid-sized cities like Denver or Atlanta offer more moderate pricing at $650-$900, while smaller cities and rural areas typically range from $500-$800.

Even within Florida, we see significant regional differences. Miami and South Florida clinics often charge $900-$1,200, while Central Florida prices typically fall between $700-$900, and Northern Florida tends to be the most affordable at $600-$800.

These variations aren’t arbitrary—they reflect real differences in overhead costs (those New York City rents aren’t cheap!), local competition, and regional demand. Our Stuart and West Palm Beach locations work hard to offer competitive pricing while never compromising on the quality of care that our patients have come to expect from Dr. Avron and the Athena team.

As one of our long-time patients recently joked, “I could drive two hours north and save $200 on my filler, but then I’d spend that much on gas and lose half a day—plus I wouldn’t get your expertise!” Sometimes the best value isn’t just about the lowest number on the price tag.

What Drives the Price Tag?

Understanding what influences the cost of 1ml dermal filler helps patients make informed decisions. Let’s explore the key factors that determine pricing.

Factors affecting dermal filler pricing - cost of 1ml dermal filler

Filler Type & Longevity

The type of filler and its staying power play a huge role in what you’ll pay. Think of it like buying shoes – you might pay more for a pair that lasts years instead of months.

Temporary HA fillers typically cost between $500-$800 per syringe and last about 6-12 months. They’re like the reliable sedan of fillers – dependable but requiring regular maintenance.

Longer-lasting HA fillers such as Juvederm Voluma run $800-$1,000 per syringe but can last 12-18 months. While the upfront cost is higher, you’ll need fewer touch-ups over time.

Biostimulatory fillers like Sculptra might give you sticker shock at $800-$1,200 per vial, but with results lasting 2+ years, they often represent better long-term value. It’s like investing in quality furniture instead of replacing cheaper pieces every year.

At Athena Plastic Surgery, we consider both your immediate budget and the long-term value when recommending options. Sometimes paying a bit more upfront actually saves money down the road. Want to learn more about which option might be right for you? Check out more info about our filler services.

Injector Credentials Matter

The person holding the needle makes all the difference – both in results and in price.

When you choose a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist ($800-$1,500 per syringe), you’re paying for years of specialized training and expertise in facial anatomy. Physician assistants and nurse practitioners typically charge less ($600-$900), while non-specialized providers may offer the lowest rates ($400-$700).

“The best injectors are conservative,” notes Dr. Avron. “We focus on enhancing your natural beauty rather than creating an obviously ‘filled’ look.”

At Athena, Dr. Avron’s Johns Hopkins training and deep understanding of facial architecture means he can not only create beautiful results but also quickly address any rare complications. That expertise comes with a premium, but our patients tell us the peace of mind and superior outcomes are worth every penny.

Location & Overhead

Geography plays a surprisingly big role in filler pricing. It’s not just about fancy zip codes – it’s about the real costs of doing business.

Practices in prime urban locations pay significantly higher rent, which inevitably affects service pricing. Our Stuart and West Palm Beach locations strike a balance – accessible to South Florida communities while maintaining reasonable overhead costs that we pass on to you through fair pricing.

The local competition landscape also affects what you’ll pay. Areas saturated with providers often have more competitive pricing, while regions with few qualified injectors may command premium rates simply due to supply and demand.

Included Services vs. Add-Ons

When comparing prices between providers, always ask about what’s actually included. Some clinics advertise a low cost of 1ml dermal filler but then add separate charges for consultations, numbing creams, or follow-up visits.

At Athena Plastic Surgery, transparency matters. Our quoted price includes your consultation, the procedure itself, and a follow-up check to ensure you’re happy with your results. We believe in clear, straightforward pricing without hidden fees or surprises.

Some practices may offer package deals that include complementary services like skincare products or additional treatments. While these can represent good value, make sure you actually want and need everything in the bundle before considering it a “deal.”

How Many Milliliters Do You Really Need?

One of the most common questions we hear at Athena Plastic Surgery is, “How many syringes will I need?” The answer varies considerably based on treatment area, desired outcome, and individual anatomy.

Amount of filler needed by facial area - cost of 1ml dermal filler infographic

Lips: Typical 1–2 mL

When it comes to lips, less truly is more. Most of our first-time lip filler patients start with just 1ml, which allows for a natural-looking improvement that can be built upon later if desired. The cost of 1ml dermal filler for lips typically ranges from $600 to $750 at our practice.

For subtle improvement, even 0.5ml can make a noticeable difference in hydration and definition. Those seeking moderate volume usually require about 1-1.5ml, while patients wanting more dramatic augmentation might need up to 2ml.

“I always remind my patients that we can add more, but it’s harder to take away,” says Dr. Avron with a smile. “Starting conservatively gives you time to adjust to your new look and ensures results that turn heads for the right reasons.”

Curious about specific lip treatments? Learn more about How Much Does 1ml of Lip Filler Cost? on our dedicated page.

Cheeks & Midface: 2–4 mL

Your cheeks and midface typically require more volume than other areas because they cover a larger surface area and often experience significant age-related volume loss. Most patients need at least 1ml per side (2ml total) to see noticeable improvement, with moderate restoration requiring 2-4ml total and significant rejuvenation needing 4-6ml across both cheeks.

For the midface, we often recommend firmer fillers like Juvederm Voluma or Restylane Lyft, which provide excellent lifting capacity and can last up to 18-24 months. These premium fillers may command a higher price point of $800-$1,000 per syringe, but their longevity often makes them more economical over time.

“Think of cheek fillers as the foundation of facial rejuvenation,” Dr. Avron often explains. “By restoring volume here first, we can sometimes use less filler in other areas because we’ve addressed the underlying structural changes.”

Under-Eye & Tear Trough: 0.5–1 mL

The delicate under-eye area requires precision and a gentle touch. Most patients need only 0.5ml total (0.25ml per side) to address mild hollowing, while moderate correction might require up to 1ml total.

This area demands exceptional skill due to its thin skin and proximity to important vascular structures. At Athena Plastic Surgery, Dr. Avron uses specialized techniques and often chooses softer, more fluid hyaluronic acid fillers for this region. The cost of 1ml dermal filler for under-eye treatment typically ranges from $700-$900, reflecting the advanced expertise required.

“The under-eye area is where technique matters even more than product,” Dr. Avron notes. “A tiny amount of filler placed precisely can erase years of tired appearance without creating puffiness.”

Full-Face Balancing

Sometimes the most natural-looking results come from treating multiple areas in harmony. Our comprehensive “liquid facelift” approach typically requires 4-10ml of filler strategically placed throughout the face, while more targeted facial balancing might use 2-6ml across selected areas.

While the total investment is higher, treating multiple areas often creates more harmonious results than overfilling a single feature. At Athena Plastic Surgery, we frequently offer package pricing for multiple syringes, bringing the per-syringe cost of 1ml dermal filler down to make comprehensive treatment more affordable.

“Facial balancing is about seeing the face as a whole,” explains Dr. Avron. “Sometimes adding a small amount of filler to the temples or jawline creates better overall harmony without needing to overfill the cheeks or lips.”

For patients concerned about budget, we often recommend staging treatments over several months, addressing the highest-impact areas first and adding others later. This approach allows you to spread the cost while still working toward your aesthetic goals.

Beyond the Sticker Shock: What’s Included & Hidden Fees

When evaluating the cost of 1ml dermal filler, it’s important to look beyond the advertised price to understand the total investment. At Athena Plastic Surgery, we believe in transparency about what you’re actually paying for.

Receipt with itemized filler costs - cost of 1ml dermal filler

Standard Inclusions Per Syringe

That price tag you see for dermal fillers? It typically covers more than just the product itself. At our Stuart clinic, when we quote you a price for 1ml of filler, we’re including several essential components:

The high-quality filler product itself comes in a sterile, sealed 1ml syringe from reputable manufacturers. You’re also paying for our injector’s time, artistic eye, and years of specialized training—arguably the most valuable part of your investment. Basic clinical supplies like needles, gauze, and antiseptics are covered too, along with comprehensive aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.

“What many patients don’t realize,” Dr. Avron often explains, “is that they’re not just buying a product—they’re investing in expertise, safety protocols, and personalized care.”

Potential Extra Charges

Before booking your appointment, it’s worth asking about potential additional fees that might surprise you later:

Consultation fees typically range from $50-$200, though at Athena, our $150 consultation fee is applied toward your treatment if you proceed. Comfort measures can add up—some practices charge extra for topical numbing ($25-$50) or nerve blocks ($50-$100), though we include standard numbing at no extra charge.

Touch-up visits might cost between $100-$300 at some clinics, but we offer complimentary assessment of your results two weeks after treatment. And should you ever need hyaluronidase (the enzyme that dissolves HA fillers), that emergency service typically costs $200-$400.

“We’ve had patients come to us after visiting budget clinics, only to find they paid nearly the same total amount after all the ‘extras’ were added in,” shares Dr. Avron. “That’s why we prefer straightforward pricing from the start.”

Financing & Rewards

Beauty doesn’t always have to break the bank all at once. Many of our patients are pleasantly surprised to learn about available payment options:

Allē Payment Plans through Cherry offer flexible terms ranging from 3 to 24 months—some qualified applicants even secure 0% APR financing. For those with ongoing aesthetic goals, the Allē rewards program lets you earn points on Allergan products (including Juvederm) that translate to savings on future treatments.

CareCredit, a specialized healthcare credit card, provides another popular financing avenue for cosmetic procedures. And don’t overlook our in-house package deals—at Athena Plastic Surgery, we frequently offer reduced per-syringe rates when you purchase multiple units or combine treatments.

“I remember a patient who thought fillers were completely out of reach financially,” recalls Dr. Avron. “She was thrilled to find our monthly payment option brought her dream treatment down to about the cost of a weekly coffee habit. Now she’s a regular who budgets for her treatments like any other self-care expense.”

By understanding exactly what’s included in your cost of 1ml dermal filler and exploring payment options, you can make an informed decision that balances your aesthetic goals with your financial comfort zone. After all, confidence shouldn’t come with financial stress attached.

Is the Cost of 1ml Dermal Filler a Better Value Than Other Injectables?

When patients visit us at Athena Plastic Surgery, they often wonder if fillers give them more bang for their buck compared to other injectable treatments. Let’s break down the value proposition to help you make an informed decision about your aesthetic investment.

TreatmentAverage CostDurationCost Per Year
1ml HA Filler$700-$9009-12 months$700-$1,200
20 units Botox$300-$6003-4 months$900-$2,400
1ml Radiesse$800-$1,00012-18 months$533-$1,000
1 vial Sculptra$900-$1,20024+ months$450-$600

Looking at this breakdown, you might be surprised to find that while fillers have a higher upfront cost, they often work out to be more economical over time.

Is the Cost of 1ml Dermal Filler Cheaper Than Botox?

The short answer? It depends on your treatment goals and how you calculate value.

The cost of 1ml dermal filler might make your eyes widen at first—$600 to $1,500 is certainly more than the $300 to $600 you might pay for Botox in a single area. However, when we factor in longevity, the math changes dramatically.

“I like to tell my patients to think about cost per wear, just like with clothing,” says Dr. Avron. “Your Botox might look fantastic, but at 3-4 months of duration, you’re making that investment three times a year. Meanwhile, that single syringe of filler could still be working its magic a full year later.”

At our Stuart location, we often recommend a strategic combination approach:

Botox shines for dynamic wrinkles—those lines that appear when you make expressions. Think forehead lines when you raise your eyebrows or crow’s feet when you smile.

Fillers excel at addressing volume loss and static wrinkles—those lines that remain visible even when your face is at rest. They’re perfect for nasolabial folds, hollow cheeks, or thinning lips.

“These treatments aren’t competitors—they’re dance partners,” Dr. Avron often explains. “Each has its spotlight moment, but they perform most beautifully together.”

Safety Over Savings

When considering the cost of 1ml dermal filler, we cannot emphasize enough: this is not the place to bargain hunt. The risks of choosing an inexperienced provider or suspiciously discounted products extend far beyond wasted money.

Vascular complications can occur when filler is inadvertently injected into blood vessels. In rare but serious cases, this can lead to tissue death or even blindness. At Athena Plastic Surgery, our advanced knowledge of facial anatomy significantly reduces this risk.

Counterfeit products have unfortunately made their way into some practices. These might be diluted, contaminated, or completely fake—and potentially dangerous. We purchase all our products directly from manufacturers to ensure authenticity.

Poor aesthetic results are common with inexperienced injectors. Lumps, asymmetry, or the dreaded “overfilled” look can leave you spending more to fix problems than you would have spent on quality treatment initially.

Infection risks increase dramatically with improper technique or non-sterile conditions. Proper medical training and stringent protocols matter.

“I’ve seen patients come in needing help after chasing a deal,” Dr. Avron shares with genuine concern. “The heartbreaking part is that some complications simply can’t be fully corrected. Your face isn’t the place to cut corners.”

At Athena Plastic Surgery, every injectable treatment is performed by highly trained professionals using authentic, FDA-approved products. We might not be the cheapest option in Stuart or West Palm Beach, but our patients understand that expertise and safety create the real value behind the cost of 1ml dermal filler.

“Investment in quality care is always less expensive than dealing with complications,” Dr. Avron reminds patients. “And your peace of mind? That’s simply priceless.”

How Long Do Dermal Fillers Last?

Frequently Asked Questions About the Cost of 1ml Dermal Filler

How do I know exactly how many syringes I’ll need?

This is perhaps the most common question we hear at our Stuart office, and I wish I could give you a simple answer! The truth is, determining the exact number of syringes needed is a bit like tailoring a custom suit—it requires measuring your unique features in person.

During your consultation at Athena Plastic Surgery, we’ll take time to carefully assess:

“Your face tells a unique story,” as Dr. Avron often says to patients during consultations. “What works beautifully for your friend might be completely wrong for your facial structure.”

We evaluate your natural facial anatomy, discuss your aesthetic goals, and consider how different areas of your face interact. Some patients are surprised to learn that addressing one area (like the cheeks) can create a lifting effect that reduces the amount of filler needed elsewhere.

After this thorough assessment, we’ll provide you with a detailed treatment plan that includes our professional recommendation for syringe quantity and associated costs—no surprises or pressure.

Are there discounts for multiple areas?

Good news—yes! At Athena Plastic Surgery, we absolutely recognize that treating multiple areas often creates the most harmonious, natural-looking results. That’s why we’ve structured our pricing to make comprehensive treatments more accessible.

Our multi-syringe discounts typically offer 10-20% savings when you purchase multiple syringes in a single visit. Many of our regular patients also benefit from our seasonal promotions and loyalty benefits.

“Beauty is about balance,” Dr. Avron frequently reminds patients. “When we treat the face as a whole rather than focusing on isolated features, the results are invariably more flattering.”

We also offer combination packages that pair dermal fillers with complementary treatments like Botox for a more comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation. During your consultation, we’ll explain all available discounts that might apply to your specific treatment plan.

Should I travel for cheaper filler?

I completely understand the temptation to seek out lower prices, especially when scrolling through social media and seeing advertisements for dramatically cheaper fillers in other locations. However, I’ve had heart-to-heart conversations with many patients who learned painful (and expensive) lessons from “filler tourism.”

Follow-up accessibility is perhaps the most important consideration. While complications are rare with experienced injectors, they can occur—and when they do, having your provider nearby is invaluable. One of our patients shared: “I saved $300 getting fillers while visiting family in another state, but when I developed a small lump afterward, I had to choose between flying back or finding someone new to help.”

Quality and safety standards vary tremendously, and the cost of 1ml dermal filler often reflects these differences. Practices with rigorous safety protocols and authentic products purchased directly from manufacturers simply can’t match the rock-bottom prices of less scrupulous providers.

Hidden costs like travel expenses, time off work, and potential revision treatments often eliminate any initial savings. As Dr. Avron compassionately explains to patients considering traveling for treatment: “The money you might save upfront could cost you much more in the long run—both financially and emotionally.”

Building a relationship with a local provider who truly knows your face, understands your goals, and can adjust your treatment plan over time creates value that goes far beyond price. At Athena Plastic Surgery, we’re committed to being your trusted partner in facial aesthetics for years to come—not just for a one-time discount.

Conclusion

When you’re considering facial rejuvenation, understanding the cost of 1ml dermal filler helps you make informed decisions about your aesthetic journey. Yes, that $500 to $1,500 price tag per syringe might initially make you wince, but there’s real value behind those numbers when you consider what you’re truly investing in.

At Athena Plastic Surgery, we believe in straight talk about pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises – just transparent information about what your investment will bring. Dr. Avron often tells patients, “We’re not just selling you a product; we’re offering expertise, safety, and results that honor your natural beauty.”

Think of fillers as an investment in yourself – not just physically, but emotionally. Our Stuart patients consistently tell us how their confidence blooms after treatment, often making the cost feel secondary to the benefits they experience in their daily lives.

When planning your filler budget, keep these practical points in mind:

The bargain option rarely delivers the best value – many of our patients come to us to correct work done by discount providers, ultimately spending more than if they’d chosen quality care initially.

Most treatments require multiple syringes for natural-looking results. Tiny 1/5 teaspoon we talked about? That’s why one syringe often isn’t enough for comprehensive rejuvenation.

Different fillers last different lengths of time – from 6 months to over 2 years – affecting their long-term value. Sometimes the more expensive option actually saves money over time because you’ll need fewer treatments.

Your provider’s expertise dramatically influences your results. When Dr. Avron places filler, he’s drawing on years of specialized training in facial anatomy and aesthetics that simply can’t be matched by less experienced injectors.

Don’t let budget concerns stop you from exploring your options. Many of our patients use financing plans through Cherry or CareCredit to make treatments more accessible, turning that $700 syringe into manageable monthly payments.

We warmly invite you to schedule a consultation at our Stuart or West Palm Beach location to discuss your aesthetic goals. During this visit, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that respects both your aesthetic vision and your budget constraints.

When it comes to your face, true value extends far beyond the cost of 1ml dermal filler. It’s about waking up each morning feeling confident in your appearance, knowing your features have been improved by skilled hands that understand both the science and artistry of facial aesthetics.

After all, the most valuable investment you can make is in yourself – and that’s something that simply can’t be measured in milliliters or dollars.

+1
I had such a wonderful experience getting lip filler! Dr. Lipschitz took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. I was hoping for a natural-looking result, and my lips turned out exactly how I envisioned them, beautiful and subtle without looking overdone. I’m so happy with my results and would absolutely recommend him!

This facility must clearly be rated as one of the top rated plastic surgery centers in Florida. Doctor Lipschitz is world renown and accomplished with a history from Cape Town to the Palm Beaches. The amazing facility in Port St Lucie can accommodate most procedures in house in a state of the art surgery OR that I have personally experienced with excellent results and all in-house. Aesthetics are comparable to the best high end spas and medical receptions anywhere in the world. I have always been extremely happy with the friendly services and fair pricing received over the years. Thank you Doctor Avy !!

Dr. Lipschitz is a wonderful surgeon. He is not only kind and easy to speak with, but his skills are impeccable. I have been seeing him for years, ever since he quickly corrected a problem area on my face which a host of doctors said could not be corrected. His skills are unmatched!

From my very first consultation to every follow-up appointment, my experience with Dr. L (Avron) and his patient coordinator, Terri, has been nothing short of exceptional. Tatiana, his nursing assistant, is also truly amazing. Terri was kind, patient, responsive, and made me feel supported every step of the way. She was the primary factor that promulgated my consideration of Dr. L. Plastic surgery can be overwhelming, but Terri always took the time to answer my questions, ease my concerns, and made me feel like I was her top priority. She is an incredible asset to the practice. This was my fourth plastic surgery procedure, and all of my previous surgeries were performed by well-known surgeons in Miami. I can honestly say that none of them compare to Dr. L. He is just the best in every way and words can’t adequately describe my satiation with his artistry and his medical expertise. Dr. L is, without question, the best plastic surgeon I have ever had. His skills are extraordinary, but what truly sets him apart is who he is as a person. He is humble, compassionate, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. He never made me feel rushed, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and his attention to detail is remarkable. Not only is he an incredibly talented surgeon, but he also has a bedside manner that is rare to find. He made me feel safe, confident, and completely cared for throughout the entire process. My results have exceeded my expectations, and even during recovery, I knew I had made the right choice. If you’re considering plastic surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. L and his team highly enough. After four procedures with different surgeons, I can confidently say that I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dr. L is simply the best, and Terri and Tatiani makes the entire experience even more exceptional. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and for changing my life. I am beyond grateful.

I had a few facial procedures done approximately 3 months ago and am very satisfied. I wanted a natural, refreshed look which is exactly what I received. Terri, the surgery coordinator, was kind and an extremely warm person. No amount of questions were too many. She helped make the process seamless. She always got back to me in a timely manner. Dr. L is a warm, caring surgeon. From start to finish and after surgery, he was always available, even providing his cellphone for any questions or concerns. He is a perfectionist which I truly appreciate. I stayed overnight in the surgery suite with a nurse which was most convenient as I was there for next morning appointment to have drains removed, etc. A nice touch was a delicious smoothie early evening and breakfast the next morning. After the surgery, I had lymphatic massages for a few weeks with Meredith, which really helped the healing process. She too, was a sweetheart. I would highly recommend this practice which I believe was a 10 out of 10!

I’m not one to always leave reviews but I felt compelled in this particular instance. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I came in particular, detail-oriented, and with a very long list of questions. Dr. Lipschitz never made me feel like a burden for it. He took his time at every visit, answered everything thoroughly, and he and Terri stayed responsive and available from consult all the way through recovery. His knowledge and skill are evident — and I genuinely believe his expertise has made my recovery smoother than I expected. So far I am very happy with my results. Dr. Schwartz was wonderful as well. The entire staff — Olivia, Meredith, and everyone in between — played a big part in making this a positive experience. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and reassuring. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I'm grateful to this entire team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Lipschitz after researching doctors that do reconstructive surgery after having a stoma and coloscopy. His team is very supportive and professional. He has an extensive knowledge of the human body and is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend him for any type of plastic surgery or reconstructive procedures. In a world where doctors are so busy he proves to be accessible, accommodating and supportive of his patients.

Athena Plastic Surgery and Dr. Avron Lipschitz were recommended by several of my personal doctors. I am so happy I took professional advice for whom to use for my face lift and arm surgery. I had a face lift on Jan 20, 2026, and my arms done on Feb26,2026. Both surgeries were done perfectly. I had no complications and the results are amazing. My son says I look 30 years younger. The amazing thing is those who did not know me before surgery can not tell I had a face lift. They compliment me on how youthful I look, or my makeup, but no one believes I am 70, or can tell I had a facelift. The sign of a perfect face lift is others can not tell you had one. My mouth does not stretch clear across my face or my skin is not pulled or puckered. But my frown lines that made me look like I had a hinged puppet mouth are completely gone. My neck looks like it did when I was on my 20s. Dr. Lipschitz and his entire staff are so caring and provide the most wonderful services and bedside manner. I am so glad I decided to follow my doctors recommendations and went with the very best. If you would like to talk to a person who had surgery. Have Terri give me your number and name and you can talk to a real patient.

I’m not even sure where to begin. Dr Lipshitz did a deep planing + facelift on me. To say he is an artist and perfectionist is just the beginning. He is compassionate, calming, and reassuring from consultation through where I am in recovery (which is 6 days out).. He and his entire team treat you like family,. I googled and reviewed more surgeons that I can say and my decision to go with Athena Plastic Surgery was the right choice. I would also like to give a special shout out to Terri, the patient liaison. She is more than my go to girl, she has become a friend. She explains and communicates every minutia detail. She and the Dr both gave me their private numbers and said to text or call any time 24/7. Please if you are looking for someone who is leading edge on all procedures at least talk to them, they will not disappoint.

I am a 76-year-old woman who never had any surgeries before but wanted a full-face lift in my final years on this planet. I interviewed several plastic surgeons and the only one I felt 110% safe and confident with was Dr Lipschitz. He explained ALL to me from the beginning to the end of the procedure. He was there 24/7 after the surgery and beyond. If I needed anything or had any issues he was there. I felt safe and confident that I would be just fine and I was. He helped me calm down and heal in a caring manner. He never complained or felt I was a bother to him. I am so pleased with my results, and I promise you that you will not be disappointed with this dr or his caring staff. This dr is a true masterpiece with his hands and skills to make me look young again at my age. If you don't use this dr you will regret it.

In being a first timer on January 7, 2026 with Athena Plastic Surgery. My orthopedic Dr as well as my surgeon. He recommended Dr. Lipschitz for help with a non healing incision that was touched by a therapist to soon after surgery. Dr. Lipschitz, is a caring, passionate, and knowledgeable in his field. Today, February 11, the incision is much better than my actual first visit. I am so grateful for his expertise in getting me back on a healing track. Athena has a great staff Brandi, Rachel, Olivia, front desk personnel (don’t want to butcher the spelling of her name - lol) were the main ones I dealt with. I had no bas experiences during my time. I didn’t get a couple of returned calls; however it was not that serious to penalize them. I definitely recommend Athena for beauty enhancements with Dr. Lipschitz. Thank you so much for your service. 100000/10

I am so pleased with my experience with Dr. Lipschitz and his team! I’m a teacher and new to the area. One of my child’s parents referred him to me. It wasn’t necessarily an easy case. I had been in a good deal of pain and felt very self conscious. I was so pleased, he listened to me, discussed my options and I was on the books! I felt like I was in good hands and I was! I had gone to other surgeons who ran through a countlessly given speech…I was just another patient. I am very happy with Dr. Lipschitz’s work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I went to Dr. Lipschitz years ago for fillers and I really appreciated that he educated me on both short-and-long-term results. This is why I chose him to do some more maintenance work recently, and once again, he acted with integrity. It was a big decision for me and he and his staff answered my questions candidly and treated me with professionalism and care. The best part is the significant improvement his artistry has made on my appearance, confidence and life overall. Dr. Lipschitz is one of the top plastic surgeons in the country, you can read up on his degrees, honors and extensive training (indcluding a fellowship at Johns Hopkins). I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I couldn't be happier with my results.
