In order to offer the best possible care for his patients, Dr. Lipschitz accepts most major insurance plans. If you wish to use your insurance to cover your procedure, please make sure you have your insurance card available along with a valid form of identification. We will attempt to get pre-authorization for your for any elective procedure. Please discuss all arrangements regarding payment of your account with us.
We accept all PPO plans that include out-of-network benefits.
ALL Medicaid plans: Coverage is limited to hospital emergency services only, unless Medicaid is being used as a secondary insurance.

We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to postpone your surgery. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon but other patients as well. Dr. Lipschitz’ time, as well as that of the operating room staff, is a precious commodity, and we request your courtesy and concern. Please note that you may be responsible for office co-payments and/or deductibles for surgical procedures.
