What is the Procedure Like?
Laser hair removal works best for people with light skin and dark hair. This contrast allows the laser to “see” better and target the hair more efficiently. You will also need to schedule multiple visits every 4 – 6 weeks to get the best results When you talk with a member of our medical staff during your consultation we will determine your appointment schedule and tell you how to get the most out of your laser hair treatment.
Before your appointment, we will give you the option of using a numbing gel to prevent any pain during the procedure. The gel takes some time to set in and work, so be sure and plan for this when scheduling your appointment. Appointment times vary depending on the amount of skin being treated, but procedures are always done during the same day.
