I have been seeing him approximately seven or eight years now. Dr. Avron is a total perfectionist. If he tells you, he does not think that something would work for you or, right for you. I had such a wonderful experience getting lip filler! Dr. Lipschitz took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. I was hoping for a natural-looking result, and my lips turned out exactly how I envisioned them, beautiful and subtle without looking overdone. From my very first consultation to every follow-up appointment, my experience with Dr. L (Avron) and his patient coordinator, Terri, has been nothing short of exceptional. Tatiana, his nursing assistant, is also truly amazing.  Terri was kind, patient, responsive, and made me feel supported every step of the way. She was the primary factor that promulgated my consideration of Dr. L. Plastic surgery can be overwhelming, but Terri always took the time to answer my questions, ease my concerns, and made me feel like I was her top priority. She is an incredible asset to the practice. This was my fourth plastic surgery procedure, and all of my previous surgeries were performed by well-known surgeons in Miami. I can honestly say that none of them compare to Dr. L.  He is just the best in every way and words can’t adequately describe my satiation with his artistry and his medical expertise. Dr. L is, without question, the best plastic surgeon I have ever had. I wanted a natural, refreshed look which is exactly what I received. Terri, the surgery coordinator, was kind and an extremely warm person. No amount of questions were too many. She helped make the process seamless.She always got back to me in a timely manner. Dr. L is a warm, caring surgeon. From start to finish and after surgery, he was always available, even providing his cellphone for any questions or concerns. He is a perfectionist which I truly appreciate. I stayed overnight in the surgery suite with a nurse which was most convenient as I was there for next morning appointment to have drains removed, etc. A nice touch was a delicious smoothie early evening and breakfast the next morning. After the surgery, I had lymphatic massages for a few weeks with Meredith, which really helped the healing process. She too, was a sweetheart. I would highly recommend this practice which I believe was a 10 out of 10!

As someone who works in the healthcare field, I came in particular, detail-oriented, and with a very long list of questions. Dr. Lipschitz never made me feel like a burden for it. He took his time at every visit, answered everything thoroughly, and he and Terri stayed responsive and available from consult all the way through recovery. His knowledge and skill are evident — and I genuinely believe his expertise has made my recovery smoother than I expected. So far I am very happy with my results. Dr. Schwartz was wonderful as well. The entire staff — Olivia, Meredith, and everyone in between — played a big part in making this a positive experience. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and reassuring. I am so happy I took professional advice for whom to use for my face lift and arm surgery. I had a face lift on Jan 20, 2026, and my arms done on Feb26,2026.  Both surgeries were done perfectly.  I had no complications and the results are amazing.  My son says I look 30 years younger.  The amazing thing is those who did not know me before surgery can not tell I had a face lift.  They compliment me on how youthful I look, or my makeup, but no one believes I am 70, or can tell I had a facelift. The sign of a perfect face lift is others can not tell you had one. My mouth does not stretch clear across my face  or my skin is not pulled or puckered. But my frown lines that made me look like I had a hinged puppet mouth are completely gone. My neck looks like it did when I was on my 20s. Dr. Lipschitz and his entire staff are so caring and provide the most wonderful services and bedside manner. I am so glad I decided to follow my doctors recommendations and went with the very best. If you would like to talk to a person who had surgery. To say he is an artist and perfectionist is just the beginning.  He is compassionate, calming, and reassuring from consultation through where I am in recovery (which is 6 days out).. He and his entire team treat you like family,. I googled and reviewed more surgeons that I can say and my decision to go with Athena Plastic Surgery was the right choice. I would also like to give a special shout out to Terri, the patient liaison.  She is more than my go to girl, she has become a friend.  She explains and communicates every minutia detail.  She and the Dr both gave me their private numbers and said to text or call any time  24/7. I interviewed several plastic surgeons and the only one I felt 110% safe and confident with was Dr Lipschitz. He explained ALL to me from the beginning to the end of the procedure. He was there 24/7 after the surgery and beyond. If I needed anything or had any issues he was there. I felt safe and confident that I would be just fine and I was. He helped me calm down and heal in a caring manner. He never complained or felt I was a bother to him. I am so pleased with my results, and I promise you that you will not be disappointed with this dr or his caring staff. He recommended Dr. Lipschitz for help with a non healing incision that was touched by a therapist to soon after surgery. Dr. Lipschitz, is a caring, passionate, and knowledgeable in his field. Today, February 11, the incision is much better than my actual first visit. I am so grateful for his expertise in getting me back on a healing track. Athena has a great staff Brandi, Rachel, Olivia, front desk personnel (don’t want to butcher the spelling of her name - lol) were the main ones I dealt with. I had no bas experiences during my time.
