Types of Blepharoplasty a Complete Guide to Eyelid Surgery

You may notice that your upper eyelids feel heavier while a family member of the same age has no upper-lid concern at all, only soft bags beneath the eyes. That contrast is common because blepharoplasty isn't one operation. It's a group of procedures selected according to the skin, muscle, fat, eyelid support, and brow position […]

7 Types of Eyelid Surgery Explained

Which eyelid concern are you trying to address? “Eyelid surgery” isn't one universal operation. It can mean removing excess upper-lid skin, managing lower-lid fat, correcting true eyelid-muscle weakness, tightening lax support structures, lifting a descended brow, improving skin quality, or reconstructing tissue after injury or disease. That distinction matters. Upper and lower eyelids have different […]

Brow Lift vs Eyelid Surgery: How to Choose the Right One

Most advice about brow lift vs eyelid surgery starts with the wrong question: “Which procedure should I choose?” That treats surgery like a menu selection. The better question is, what structure is making your upper face look heavy? A lowered brow can press tissue downward and create upper-lid hooding. Excess eyelid skin or fat can […]

Brow Lift and Eyelid Surgery: A Complete Patient Guide

You're standing at the bathroom mirror, tilting your chin up a little, trying to figure out why your eyes look tired even when you've slept. The lids seem heavier, the brow feels lower, and it's hard to tell whether the problem is the skin on the eyelid, the position of the eyebrow, or both. That […]

I had such a wonderful experience getting lip filler! Dr. Lipschitz took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. I was hoping for a natural-looking result, and my lips turned out exactly how I envisioned them, beautiful and subtle without looking overdone. This facility must clearly be rated as one of the top rated plastic surgery centers in Florida. Doctor Lipschitz is world renown and accomplished with a history from Cape Town to the Palm Beaches. The amazing facility in Port St Lucie can accommodate most procedures in house in a state of the art surgery OR that I have personally experienced with excellent results and all in-house. Aesthetics are comparable to the best high end spas and medical receptions anywhere in the world. I have always been extremely happy with the friendly services and fair pricing received over the years. Thank you Doctor Avy !!

Cornelis Pameijer

Barbra Pineiro

Dr. Lipschitz is a wonderful surgeon. He is not only kind and easy to speak with, but his skills are impeccable. I have been seeing him for years, ever since he quickly corrected a problem area on my face which a host of doctors said could not be corrected. His skills are unmatched!

Dr. Lipshitz makes you really feel comfortable. You know that he and his office are concerned for your well being. My procedure went as I expected. Everything was explained before hand. Dr. Avron is the best.

Ali Navarro-Jalice

From my very first consultation to every follow-up appointment, my experience with Dr. L (Avron) and his patient coordinator, Terri, has been nothing short of exceptional. Tatiana, his nursing assistant, is also truly amazing. Terri was kind, patient, responsive, and made me feel supported every step of the way. She was the primary factor that promulgated my consideration of Dr. L. Plastic surgery can be overwhelming, but Terri always took the time to answer my questions, ease my concerns, and made me feel like I was her top priority. She is an incredible asset to the practice. This was my fourth plastic surgery procedure, and all of my previous surgeries were performed by well-known surgeons in Miami. I can honestly say that none of them compare to Dr. L. He is just the best in every way and words can’t adequately describe my satiation with his artistry and his medical expertise. Dr. L is, without question, the best plastic surgeon I have ever had. His skills are extraordinary, but what truly sets him apart is who he is as a person. He is humble, compassionate, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. He never made me feel rushed, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and his attention to detail is remarkable. Not only is he an incredibly talented surgeon, but he also has a bedside manner that is rare to find. He made me feel safe, confident, and completely cared for throughout the entire process. My results have exceeded my expectations, and even during recovery, I knew I had made the right choice. If you’re considering plastic surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. L and his team highly enough. After four procedures with different surgeons, I can confidently say that I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dr. L is simply the best, and Terri and Tatiani makes the entire experience even more exceptional. Thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and for changing my life. I am beyond grateful.

Robert Mergupis

Anita Russo

I had a few facial procedures done approximately 3 months ago and am very satisfied. I wanted a natural, refreshed look which is exactly what I received. Terri, the surgery coordinator, was kind and an extremely warm person. No amount of questions were too many. She helped make the process seamless. She always got back to me in a timely manner. Dr. L is a warm, caring surgeon. From start to finish and after surgery, he was always available, even providing his cellphone for any questions or concerns. He is a perfectionist which I truly appreciate. I stayed overnight in the surgery suite with a nurse which was most convenient as I was there for next morning appointment to have drains removed, etc. A nice touch was a delicious smoothie early evening and breakfast the next morning. After the surgery, I had lymphatic massages for a few weeks with Meredith, which really helped the healing process. She too, was a sweetheart. I would highly recommend this practice which I believe was a 10 out of 10!

I’m not one to always leave reviews but I felt compelled in this particular instance. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I came in particular, detail-oriented, and with a very long list of questions. Dr. Lipschitz never made me feel like a burden for it. He took his time at every visit, answered everything thoroughly, and he and Terri stayed responsive and available from consult all the way through recovery. His knowledge and skill are evident — and I genuinely believe his expertise has made my recovery smoother than I expected. So far I am very happy with my results. Dr. Schwartz was wonderful as well. The entire staff — Olivia, Meredith, and everyone in between — played a big part in making this a positive experience. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and reassuring. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I'm grateful to this entire team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am in the process of working through some significant skin issues and am so grateful to be under the care of Dr. Lipschitz. I have been very impressed with his professionalism and that of his front office and clinical staff as well. In addition, everyone I have come into contact with there is so caring and friendly. I could not be more pleased with the services of Dr. Lipschitz and Athena Plastic Surgery.

Lori Riordan

I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Lipschitz after researching doctors that do reconstructive surgery after having a stoma and coloscopy. His team is very supportive and professional. He has an extensive knowledge of the human body and is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend him for any type of plastic surgery or reconstructive procedures. In a world where doctors are so busy he proves to be accessible, accommodating and supportive of his patients.

Alice O'Shea

Athena Plastic Surgery and Dr. Avron Lipschitz were recommended by several of my personal doctors. I am so happy I took professional advice for whom to use for my face lift and arm surgery. I had a face lift on Jan 20, 2026, and my arms done on Feb26,2026. Both surgeries were done perfectly. I had no complications and the results are amazing. My son says I look 30 years younger. The amazing thing is those who did not know me before surgery can not tell I had a face lift. They compliment me on how youthful I look, or my makeup, but no one believes I am 70, or can tell I had a facelift. The sign of a perfect face lift is others can not tell you had one. My mouth does not stretch clear across my face or my skin is not pulled or puckered. But my frown lines that made me look like I had a hinged puppet mouth are completely gone. My neck looks like it did when I was on my 20s. Dr. Lipschitz and his entire staff are so caring and provide the most wonderful services and bedside manner. I am so glad I decided to follow my doctors recommendations and went with the very best. If you would like to talk to a person who had surgery. Have Terri give me your number and name and you can talk to a real patient.

Azucena Calderon

had a great experience at Athena Plastic Surgery. The doctor was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that they showed me the product before the treatment, which made me feel confident and safe. The staff was kind, and the whole process felt clean and well organized. I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and transparency.

Gail St Jacques

I’m not even sure where to begin. Dr Lipshitz did a deep planing + facelift on me. To say he is an artist and perfectionist is just the beginning. He is compassionate, calming, and reassuring from consultation through where I am in recovery (which is 6 days out).. He and his entire team treat you like family,. I googled and reviewed more surgeons that I can say and my decision to go with Athena Plastic Surgery was the right choice. I would also like to give a special shout out to Terri, the patient liaison. She is more than my go to girl, she has become a friend. She explains and communicates every minutia detail. She and the Dr both gave me their private numbers and said to text or call any time 24/7. Please if you are looking for someone who is leading edge on all procedures at least talk to them, they will not disappoint.

JP Greco

I’ve had 3 different surgeries recently, and the level of care, and also what Avron did is just amazing. He is very clear on what he is doing, and aftercare is AMAZING. I recently also started some Botox treatments and Meredith is fantastic. All the staff is great and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Athena for your cosmetic needs!!!!!

Alan Lulay

GOOD OLD DAZE

Gotta say Dr. Lipschtiz is the man… your in good hands… he works miracles and I’m happy with my nose… I had a dog bite scar that split my nose and for many years had to walk around like Frankenstein… it wasn’t a cool scar… After surgery I felt like I finally got rid of the monster… it was a big relief… I am eternally grateful and will sing him praises and give this man his flowers for life… so that’s my 2 cents if your on the fence… its well worth it!!!!

martha smith

I am a 76-year-old woman who never had any surgeries before but wanted a full-face lift in my final years on this planet. I interviewed several plastic surgeons and the only one I felt 110% safe and confident with was Dr Lipschitz. He explained ALL to me from the beginning to the end of the procedure. He was there 24/7 after the surgery and beyond. If I needed anything or had any issues he was there. I felt safe and confident that I would be just fine and I was. He helped me calm down and heal in a caring manner. He never complained or felt I was a bother to him. I am so pleased with my results, and I promise you that you will not be disappointed with this dr or his caring staff. This dr is a true masterpiece with his hands and skills to make me look young again at my age. If you don't use this dr you will regret it.

Angela Garrido

In being a first timer on January 7, 2026 with Athena Plastic Surgery. My orthopedic Dr as well as my surgeon. He recommended Dr. Lipschitz for help with a non healing incision that was touched by a therapist to soon after surgery. Dr. Lipschitz, is a caring, passionate, and knowledgeable in his field. Today, February 11, the incision is much better than my actual first visit. I am so grateful for his expertise in getting me back on a healing track. Athena has a great staff Brandi, Rachel, Olivia, front desk personnel (don’t want to butcher the spelling of her name - lol) were the main ones I dealt with. I had no bas experiences during my time. I didn’t get a couple of returned calls; however it was not that serious to penalize them. I definitely recommend Athena for beauty enhancements with Dr. Lipschitz. Thank you so much for your service. 100000/10

Kim Bezer

I have gone to Meredith for Botox about 3 times. She does an excellent job of pinpointing exactly where I need it and….she is fun!! Sometimes it can be a little intimidating getting self improvement services done but Meredith was so kind and natural. If you are thinking about Botox I highly recommend going to Meredith. And make sure to book a morning appt. She will get your day started with a laugh and a positive outlook! Thank you, Meredith.😀

Greta Eve

Dr. Lipschitz is extremely talented and knowledgeable. I am so thrilled with my septorhinoplasty results and I can breathe so much better.

Greta Eve

I cannot say enough good things about Athena Plastic Surgery and Doctor Lipschitz, as well as his team. If you go here for anything, you will be in good hands. I can’t believe we have one of the very best plastic surgeons in the whole world, right here in Stuart, Florida.
