67-year-old male massive weight loss patient 100 lbs. The patient presents with Gynecomastia with ptosis, and excess skin of the abdomen and back plus flank adiposity. He underwent gynacomastia surgery, bodylift including abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. Photos are before and 6 months post operative.
