Athena Plastic Surgery

This is a 64 year old female who underwent gastric bypass and successfully lost 114 lbs. She presents preoperatively with breast ptosis, and a pannus causing difficulty with rashes and exercise. A mastopexy and abdominoplasty were performed including removal of > 10 lbs of skin and soft tissue from the abdominal and flank area. She is seen here 6 months post operatively.
