This is a 44 year old 5 ft 4 in weight 124 lbs mother of 2 presenting for mommy makeover. She wanted an improvement of the breast contour which demonstrates ptosis (sagging) after pregnancy and volume loss. She also desires improvement of the abdominal wall contour with laxity of skin and muscle weakness. The patient underwent breast augmentation with style 68 MP Allergan Gel inspira implants size 270 cc and a vertical mastopexy as well as abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. The patient is seen here before and 3 months post op. Scar maturation and lightening is expected over the next several months.
