This is a 46-year-old female 5 ft 8 in weight 160 lbs. presenting for mommy makeover. She has large breasts, abdominal fullness, and lipodystrophy of the flank area. The patient underwent breast reduction removing 415cc from each breast, abdominoplasty, flank liposuction of 500 cc per side.
