This is a 65-year-old female who underwent massive weight loss of 110 lbs. She presents with excess abdominal skin, flank adipose tissue and weak muscular - fascial support. The patient underwent abdominoplasty with rectus plication or internal corset and flank liposuction. Images are preop and 3 months post op.
