This is a 64-year-old female who underwent gastric bypass and successfully lost 114 lbs. She presents preoperatively with a pannus causing difficulty with rashes and exercise. An extended abdominoplasty was performed including removal of > 10 lbs of skin and soft tissue from the abdominal and flank area. She is seen here 6 months postoperatively.
