The patient is a 54-year-old female height 5 ft 4 in weight 189 lbs. Presents with abdominal skin laxity, rectus diastasis, flank lipodystrophy and umbilical hernia. The patient underwent abdominoplasty, rectus plication (internal corset) umbilical hernia repair and flank liposuction. Photos are before and 2 months post op.
