The patient is a 37 year old female height 5 ft 7 in; weight 114 lbs 18 years post original breast augmentation for hypomastia. She has breast asymmetry with left breast ptosis (droop) and slightly larger left breast than right after breastfeeding. The patient has bilateral capsular contractures with hardening of the breasts and old saline implants. The patient underwent removal of bilateral over filled and hard saline implants, capsulectomies, left vertical mastopexy and placements of bilateral subpectoral 450 cc Smooth Round Full (SRF) profile Allergan silicone breast implants. Before and 2 months post op.
