The patient is a 28-year-old female 5 ft 0 in 110 lbs. with breast asymmetry, hypomastia and no ptosis. Right breast is smaller with a raised inframammary (IMF) fold compared to the left breast. Dr Lipschitz performed breast augmentation including lowering the right IMF. Tissue plane: Dual plane technique Implants used: Natrelle, Inspira Gel. Right 345cc Smooth Round Moderate profile; Left and 310cc Smooth Round Moderate profile. Timing of before and after photos: Before and 10 days post op.
