This is a 37-year-old patient with bilateral breast implants and previous attempted breast lift. She had a left side capsular contracture and presented with right side breast ptosis. The patient underwent removal bilateral breast implants , left capsulectomy and bilateral breast lift. Photos are before and 2 years post op
