This is a 65-year-old female presenting before and 6 months post revision breast augmentation. She has bilateral hardening of the breasts or capsular contracture, bilateral breast implant rupture and bilateral breast ptosis (droop). Dr. Lipschitz performed bilateral implant exchange placing new Allergan 360 Smooth Round Moderate (SRM) profile implants, bilateral capsulectomies removing the capsule causing the hardening of the breasts and mastopexy or breast lift to recontour the skin envelope.
