The patient is a 54 year old female business owner presenting with bilateral ruptured implants significant asymmetry, bilateral capsular contractures and ptosis. The old implants were removed, capsulectomies bilaterally performed, new Allergan SRF 415 cc gel implants were placed and bilateral lollipop mastopexies performed.
