Athena Plastic Surgery

This is a 25-year-old female who underwent revision breast surgery. The patient\'s height 5 feet 5 in weight 140 lbs The patient presents after placement of a 400cc moderate profile saline implant. Preop the patient desired a larger size and conversion to a gel implant. On analysis she has left breast lateral and inferior displacement and right breast tight lateral pocket with early contracture. The procedure performed was bilateral implant exchange with placement of Allergan Inspira 520 cc gel full profile implants left capsuloraphy laterally and right capsulectomy.
