This is a 53-year-old female before and 3 months post breast lift. The patient is 5ft 5 in weight 135lbs and had 2 pregnancies and weight loss of 30 lbs. She has a full B-cup bra size and desires improved shape of the breasts. The patient underwent a Wise pattern mastopexy resulting and an "anchor shaped" scar. The scar is not fully mature and will fade over the next few months. Scar maturation can be accelerated with scar cream, laser, steroid injection, massage, and occasionally surgical revision.
