Athena Plastic Surgery

This is a 40 year old female 5 ft 3 in weight 130 lbs presenting for second stage breast reconstruction. The patient underwent bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer and placement of bilateral tissue expanders. She presents with grade 4 capsular contractures bilaterally. The patient underwent bilateral tissue expander exchange for breast implants. Mentor 350 cc moderate plus implants were chosen. In addition, bilateral capsulectomies were performed. Before and 6 weeks post op results.
