This is a 65-year-old woman (5’2, 180lbs) presenting with symptomatic macromastia (large breasts). The weight of the breasts were causing back pain, neck pain and headaches as well as rashes under the breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction removing 2 kgs (4.4 lbs) of breast tissue from each breast. The subsequent improvement in her symptoms is significant with improvement in the shape of breasts as a bonus!
