Athena Plastic Surgery

This is a 5ft 2in 180 lbs 70-year-old woman referred from orthopedic surgery for back pain. She suffered from large pendulous breasts most of her life. The patient underwent spine surgery with minimal improvement in her symptoms. She underwent bilateral breast reduction removing 2lbs of breast tissue from each breast using a Wise Pattern technique. Her symptoms resolved almost immediately. The after photos are 6 months post op.
