This is a 65 year old woman presenting for breast reduction. Height 5ft 8 in weight 190 lbs. She presented with bra size 42 E including back pain, neck pain, rashes under the breasts and shoulder grooving. The patient underwent Wise pattern breast reduction with removal of 545g of breast tissue from the left breast and 600 g removed from the right breast. 1 years post operative images are presented.
