This is a 29-year-old female patient who is 5\'3 and weighs 200lbs. She presented with 42 DDD bra size and received a breast reduction with Dr. Lipschitz. He removed 800 grams from each breast. Her post-operative bra size is now a full C cup. She is seen here before and 4 months post-operatively.
