67-year-old male massive weight loss patient 100lbs. The patient presents with gynecomastia with ptosis, and excess skin of the abdomen and back plus flank adiposity. He underwent gynecomastia surgery, bodylift including abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. Photos are before and 6 months post operative.
