The patient a 61-year-old female presenting for facial rejuvenation. On analysis she has brow ptosis, upper eyelid skin excess, lower eyelid signs of ageing. Analysis of the cheek demonstrates jowling, soft tissue descent and skin laxity. The neck demonstrates an obtuse cervicomental angle, platysma banding. Analysis of her nose demonstrates septal deviation, dorsal hump, bifid tip, drooping tip and an acute nasolabial angle. Dr Lipschitz performed deep plane facelift with neck lift, mini-browlift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty including dorsal hump reduction, tip refining sutures and septoplasty.
