This is a 61-year-old patient with signs of facial ageing. In the neck she has platysma bands, skin laxity and soft tissue descent. In the face she has jowling, malar descent and volume loss. The upper eyelids show skin excess and lower eyelids demonstrate puffiness and disruption of the lid - cheek junction. Dr Lipschitz performed deep plane facelift with necklift including platysmaplasty, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, micro fat grafting of the nasolabial folds, cheeks and temples.
