This is a 73-year-old female before and 6 weeks post op deep plane revision facelift and necklift. Preop evaluation demonstrates skin laxity, submental skin fullness, platysma bands, jowling. Post-op demonstrates a well contoured jawline and correcting of submental skin excess and repositioning of the deep soft tissue.
