The patient is a 65 year old female presenting with progressive signs of facial aging. She has facial and neck skin laxity and ptosis, cheek, neck, and jowl ptosis, facial rhytids, lower eyelid puffiness and upper eyelid skin laxity. The patient underwent deep plane facelift, neck lift and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty plus perioral laser. Before and 6 months post-op results.
