This 47-year-old male presents for facial rejuvenation. He has a cheek and neck skin laxity. Descent of the malar fat pad, platysma muscle descent, upper and lower eyelid skin excess. The patient underwent deep plane facelift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and neck lift. Photos are before and 6 weeks post op.
