Athena Plastic Surgery

This is a 74 year old patient Coordinator in a plastic surgery office. The patient presents for facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty. Images are before and 3 months post op. She had previously undergone a facelift and had some recurrent skin laxity with disruption of the jawline and neck contour. The patient also complained of perioral lines not responding to filler treatments. Dr Lipschitz performed a mini-facelift with smas elevation and contouring of the skin laxity of the neck as well as perioral laser using a Fractionated Pearl Cutera laser with 3 passes.
