The patient is a 60-year-old female presenting with signs of facial ageing including neck skin laxity, jowling, lengthening / elongation of the upper lip, tired look to the eyes with puffiness and skin excess. The patient underwent deep plane facelift with lip lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Photos are before and 6 months post op.
