EYELID SURGERY CASE 1
This is a 54-year-old female patient that underwent a full facelift with double blepharoplasty. Her results are seen before and just 6 weeks after. Swelling will continue to reside over the next few weeks of healing but major aesthetic improvements to the eyelids and face can be seen already.

EYELID SURGERY CASE 2
This is a 53-year-old female presenting for eyelid rejuvenation. Preoperatively she had excess upper eyelid skin and lower eyelid skin and puffiness. Dr. Lipschitz performed upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty removing excess skin and contouring bulging fat pads. Photos are before and 5 months post-operatively.

EYELID SURGERY CASE 3
The patient is a 60-year-old female presenting with signs of facial ageing including neck skin laxity, jowling, lengthening / elongation of the upper lip, tired look to the eyes with puffiness and skin excess. The patient underwent deep plane facelift with lip lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). Photos are before and 6 months post op.

This is a 54-year-old professional with classic signs of facial ageing. She is in excellent health and has a vibrant personality and active social life. The goal of a facelift is to match facial aesthetics with the internal health and radiance of the patient. Features of facial ageing include jowling, skin laxity, neck skin laxity and loss of jaw line angle. The eyelids show excess upper eyelid skin lower eyelid skin redundancy and puffiness. This patient underwent Deep Plane Facelift with upper and lower Blepharoplasty. She is seen here 4 weeks post op. We are thrilled with her result.

EYELID SURGERY CASE 5
This is a 62 year old business executive who presents before and 3 months after facelift and upper and lower blepharoplasty. Dr Lipschitz performed a deep plane facelift technique for a longer lasting more natural result. A facelift restores the aesthetic contours of the face with the goal of obtaining a smooth contour to the jawline, revolumizing the cheek and recontouring the neck. The blepharoplasty rejuvenates the upper and lower eyelids removing or repositioning bulging fat pockets of the upper eyelid and lower eyelid and removing a conservative amount of skin.

73-year-old female underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Before and 2 months post-operatively. Excess skin was removed from the upper eyelid and excess skin and fat removed from lower eyelid including a canthopexy or tightening of the lower eyelid margin.

EYELID SURGERY CASE 10
This is a 42-year-old woman presenting for upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid rejuvenation). She has excess upper eyelid skin with the supratarsal crease becoming obscure. The goal of upper eyelid surgery is to remove the excess skin and redefine a crisp supratarsal crease. At times fat pocket need to be removed but not hollow the upper eyelids. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty with post op photos 3 months post procedure. The procedure can be performed awake with local anesthetic and light oral sedation.

EYELID SURGERY CASE 11
This is a 72-year-old female resident of Palm Beach Island. The patient has previous surgery including a lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The lower eyelids demonstrate an element of ectropion laterally and the patient suffered dry eyes. A revision upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed including a lateral canthopexy which is tightening, re-contouring and re-positioning the lower eyelids for a more natural appearance Photos are before surgery and 3 months post op.
