This is a 49-year-old interior decorator and designed with signs of eyelid ageing. She has upper eyelid skin excess and lower eyelid skin excess and puffiness related to bulging fat pads. She has a deep malar crescent. The patient underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty including canthopexy of the lower eyelid. Before and 6 weeks post op.
