This is a 72-year-old female resident of Palm Beach Island. The patient has previous surgery including a lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The lower eyelids demonstrate an element of ectropion laterally and the patient suffered dry eyes. A revision upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed including a lateral canthopexy which is tightening, re-contouring and re-positioning the lower eyelids for a more natural appearance Photos are before surgery and 3 months post op.
