RHINOPLASTY CASE 1

The patient is a 23 year old male who sustained nasal trauma with resulting significant breathing difficulties and no previous surgery. On evaluation he had a wide bony base, significant septal deviation right internal valve collapse with + Cottle maneuver, turbinate hypertrophy, dorsal hump, disruption of the DAL on the right. The patient underwent septoplasty, turbinate resection, rhinoplasty to include, osteotomies, narrowing the bony base dorsal hump reduction and right spreader graft. Photos are before and 6 weeks post op.
