RHINOPLASTY CASE 2

33 year old female with significant breathing difficulties caused by septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, narrow internal nasal valves bilaterally. Her nasal deformity includes a boxy tip, excessive nasal spine, wide bony base, dorsal hump, disruption of the dorsal aesthetic lines, and wide lower lateral cartilage deformity. The patient underwent Rhinoplasty; septoplasty, caudal nasal spine and caudal septal resection, turbinate reduction, spreader grafts bilaterally, columellar strut, cephalic trim, tip contouring including tip sutures: Intradomal, transdomal, interdomal sutures, osteotomies. Before and early 2 weeks post op results.
