This patient is a healthy 21 year old female who has significant bilateral nasal airway obstruction after trauma sustained 3 months prior to surgery. She had significant breathing difficulties and no previous surgery. Dr Lipschitz performed an open septoplasty, turbinate resection, rhinoplasty to include, osteotomies, narrowing the bony base dorsal hump reduction and tip defining suture techniques and ala base resection. photos are before and 6 weeks post op.
