RHINOPLASTY CASE 4

This patient is an otherwise healthy 33 year old female who has sustained nasal trauma. She presents with significant breathing difficulties but no previous surgery. On evaluation she has a wide bony base, bulbous poorly defined tip, mild dorsal hump, internal examination demonstrated significant septal deviation and turbinate hypertrophy. Dr. Lipschitz performed open septoplasty rhinoplasty including, turbinate reduction, osteotomies, narrowing the bony base dorsal hump reduction and tip defining suture techniques plus columella strut and tip grafts. Before and 12 months post-op results.
