This is an attractive young female with nasal deformity. She underwent Septo rhinoplasty photos are before and 2 weeks post op. The patient sustained nasal trauma years before surgery and had difficulty breathing. On analysis she has significant nasal deviation, Dorsal hump, wide bony base and shortened tip with poor tip definition. Internal exam shows significant septal deviation and turbine hypertrophy. Dr Lipschitz performed septoplasty and rhinoplasty straightening the nose with a combination of osteotomies and spreader grafts. The dorsal hump was taken down giving an overall improved aesthetic. The nose matches the aesthetic face.
