This is a 49-year-old female presenting 2 years after primary rhinoplasty with difficulty breathing, a pollybeak deformity, poor tip definition and neck skin laxity. She underwent revision rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, tip definition sutures correction of the pollybeak deformity septoplasty, turbinate reduction. In addition patient underwent necklift. Before and post op 6 months.
