This is a beautiful 57-year-old female business owner presenting for facial rejuvenation and revision rhinoplasty. The patient underwent primary rhinoplasty more than 20 years before presentation and has breathing difficulties and complains of nose deformity. On analysis of the nose she has a supratip fullness residual dorsal hump and poor definition of the tip and wide bony base. The patient underwent revision rhinoplasty with revision of the supratip deformity, dorsal hump reduction osteotomies and reshaping of the tip with a combination of suture technique and cephalic trip as well as septoplasty and turbinate reduction. She underwent deep plane facelift at the time of rhinoplasty surgery. The patient is seen here 6 weeks post operatively and is still swollen but overall contour improved.
