Athena Plastic Surgery

This is an 18-year-old male presenting before and 6 weeks post rhinoplasty. He has significant breathing difficulties due to septal deviation and turbinate hypertrophy as well ad dorsal hump and deviation. Procedure included dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and placement of spreader grafts. The nasal tip was corrected with tip defining sutures.
