This is a 30-year-old finance professional and mother of 2 presents desiring rhinoplasty. She has nasal deviation, a bulbous, drooping tip, dorsal hump and generally a nose that does not fit her aesthetically proportional face. The patient underwent open septo rhinoplasty including dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty, tip refinement, columella strut and osteotomies. The images a are before and 1 year post op.
