This is a 49 year old female presenting for rhinoplasty. She had nasal deviation, deprojected tip nose, deviated tip,  disruption of the dorsal aesthetic lines bilaterally, bilateral  internal valve collapse, under projected radix. The patient underwent rhinoplasty including  a conservative dorsal hump reduction, cartilage harvest from septum, septoplasty, bilateral turbinate reduction, bilateral spreader grafts, collumella strut, suture tip Intradomal transdomal interdomal sutures, osteotomies, radix graft, alar rim grafts. Before and 6 weeks post op.
