This patient is an otherwise healthy 22 year old female who has no significant breathing difficulties, disruption of right  dorsal aesthetic line, bulbous tip, excessive nasal columella and nasal spine.

 She underwent open rhinoplasty to include, caudal septal resection dorsal hump removal, ostomies, tip graft, right spreader graft and columellar strut. Before and 6 weeks post op.
